iTunes Users - add power and functionally to
QuicKeys for Windows with the new iTunes Plug-in. Free to registered
users of QuicKeys for
Windows 2.5, the iTunes Plug-in consists of 8 different sets of actions
that allow you to automate iTunes.
 iTunes Browser Actions
Modifies the iTunes browser state. Actions include shortcuts for Goto
Music Store, Mini Player Toggle, Minimize, Open, Play, Quit and Open
Streaming URL.
 iTunes Conversion Actions
Converts files or songs using the iTunes conversion tools. Actions
include shortcuts for converting files and songs to the selected
encoding type.
 iTunes Equalizer Actions
Sets the equalizer settings and presets. Actions include shortcuts
for Equalizer Open, Preset, Close and On/Off Toggle.
 iTunes iPod Actions
Automates iTunes interaction with iPods. Actions include shortcuts
for Eject and Update iPod.
 iTunes Playback Actions
Controls iTunes playback features. Actions include shortcuts for Fast
Forward, Rewind, Next Song, Previous Song, Restart Song, Play, Pause,
Resume, Play File, Stop, Play/Pause and Player Position.
 iTunes Sounds Actions
Controls iTunes sound properties. Actions include shortcuts for Sound
Volume, Toggle Mute, Volume Down and Volume Up.
 iTunes Visualizer Actions
Controls iTunes Visualizer. Actions include shortcuts for Size, Full
Screen Toggle, Visualizer On/Off Toggle and Set Visual Effect.
 iTunes Script Actions
Allows you to run script files that automate iTunes. The following
scripts are included with the iTunes Plug-in:
- Artist Playlist - Creates a playlist by
artist name and places all artist songs within it.
- CDDB Album Search - Opens an
internet browser to a CDDB website and does a search on the current
song's album.
- CDDB Artist Search - Opens an
internet browser to a CDDB website and does a search on the current
song's artist.
- Comment Song - Allows you to
set the comment of the current song.
- Create Playlist - Creates an
empty playlist or a playlist from the currently selected songs.
- Delete Missing Songs - Allows
you to delete missing songs in your library.
- Delete Playlist - Allows you
to delete all user created playlists.
- Delete Songs - Allows you to
delete currently selected songs.
- Display Song Info - Allows you
to display info on the song that is currently playing.
- Enable/Disable Songs - Allows
you to enable or disable currently selected songs.
- Loop Song Section - Allows you
to loop a portion of the song currently playing
- Rate Current Song - Allows you
to set the rating of the current song you are listening to.
- Set Album Artwork - Allows you
to set the artwork for all songs of an album.
- Share/Unshare Current
Playlist - Allows you to share or stop
sharing a playlist over a network.
- Browse… - Allows you to
browse for other scripts not included with the current version
of this plug-in.
