The End User detail card provides you with all of the information required to manage End Users. The card consists of information collected in the adding of the end user as well as the option to add a profile photo. This information can be edited and managed unless the end user is part of a sync.

Tickets
View a ticket history, comprised of all tickets submitted by or for the end user.
Assets
View an asset history, comprised of all currently assigned assets as well as assets that have been returned, lost or retired.
Surveys
View a history of ticket surveys submitted by the end user.
